Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their queries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences, and making recommendations accordingly
- Drive sales growth by increasing sales, improving conversion rates, and promoting products and services
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products, trends, and promotions
- Assist with visual merchandising, window displays, and in-store promotions

Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in a retail sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Ability to lift and move merchandise, with a maximum weight of 10kg
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
