Tsebo is looking for a professional and qualified individual to fill the permanent position of Receptionist. The ideal candidate will manage workplace operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Tsebo and service suppliers provide the highest level of customer service by overseeing business operations.
  • Investigate urgent issues, resolve them promptly, and report findings to the TFS Senior Receptionist Supervisor.
  • Develop and monitor daily operations plans for the client’s facility.
  • Create, manage, and execute daily/weekly cleaning programs to ensure facility availability.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations for daily, weekly, and monthly facility activities.
  • Enforce Access COVID guidelines to ensure the health and safety of clients, visitors, and guests.
  • Conduct regular self-evaluations to align with TFS working standards and ethics.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in frontline hotel/customer service.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.

Personal Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of equipment, materials, and suppliers used in facilities management.
  • Experience as a Concierge is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • High emotional intelligence to collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues.
