About the Talksure People with Disabilities Learnership 2025
The Talksure People with Disabilities Learnership 2025 is a 12-month program that aims to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values necessary to succeed in the Short-Term Insurance Industry. This comprehensive learnership includes theoretical and practical training, as well as one-year work experience in the insurance sector. Upon completion, participants will receive a National Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 4 Certificate in Short-Term Insurance, making them more competitive in the job market.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Talksure People with Disabilities Learnership 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be currently unemployed
- Be between the ages of 18 and 30
- Be a South African citizen
- Hold a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Not be enrolled in any other learnership program
- Not be currently studying
- Be prepared to sign a training agreement
- Provide a medical certificate describing their disability
- Have at least 6 months of outbound sales experience
- Exhibit confidence, self-motivation, and a strong desire to grow and learn
