– Handle daily workflow messages and expedite Purchase Orders (POs) in OMS.
– Expedite customer orders weekly and update Spiridon accordingly.
– Clear customer backlog at least twice a week and manage open sales orders weekly.
– Generate ad hoc quotations within 24 hours and follow up with customers promptly.
– Promote awareness of the Industry Mall and encourage the use of automated ordering systems.
