An opportunity has emerged at the Technology Management Services, South African Police Service (SAPS), Head Office, Pretoria, for a Messenger post. The post comes with a salary level 2 remuneration, amounting to R107 196 per annum. Additional Requirements & Core Functions
The prospective messenger must possess basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills. A minimum qualification of Grade 10 is a plus, as is a valid light motor vehicle driver’s license. Among the core functions that the role requires are document management, making photocopies, collecting and delivering post, keeping track of circulars, and maintaining confidentiality with all types of information.

Further, for certain identified posts, criminal checks as per Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Matters) Amendment Act, 2007 (Act No 32 of 2007) and the Children’s Act, 2005 (Act No 38 of 2005) will be conducted.
