Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to be considered for the Safripol Experiential Learnership:
- Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng/BSc(Hons) Eng N Dip or B-Tech)
- Apply as a recent graduate with no prior work experience
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal effectiveness, leadership skills, productivity focus, technical capability, initiative, and assertiveness
- Be computer literate
- Show a willingness to learn and take responsibility for personal development.
