The Safripol Experiential Learnership is designed for recent graduates with no prior work experience, providing a comprehensive learning experience that combines academic understanding with hands-on practical exposure. Candidates will engage in hands-on training and acquire experience within the chemical industry environment, concluding projects, studies, and simulations to assist the technical operations team. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to be considered for the Safripol Experiential Learnership:
- Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng/BSc(Hons) Eng N Dip or B-Tech)
- Apply as a recent graduate with no prior work experience
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal effectiveness, leadership skills, productivity focus, technical capability, initiative, and assertiveness
- Be computer literate
- Show a willingness to learn and take responsibility for personal development.
