As a crucial member of the organization’s sustainability department, the selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on sustainability performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of sustainable initiatives. The Sustainability Analyst will measure, track, and analyze the company’s environmental and social impact. Key Responsibilities
As a Sustainability Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain sustainability performance metrics, frameworks, and reporting systems.
- Designing and implementing data collection methods, tools, and analysis techniques to track and assess sustainability performance.
- Developing and submitting regular sustainability reports, performance dashboards, and management briefs to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses and creating business cases to support strategic sustainability initiatives and projects.
- Advising on sustainable practices and providing guidance on implementing company-wide sustainability initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or environmental management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Tableau) preferred.
- Certification in sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI, SASB) or a related field is desirable.

Working Environment and Conditions
