Position Requirements
- LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification legal experience
- Right of appearance under Section 25(2) of NPA Act 32 of 1998
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain professional credibility
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GBVF (Gender-Based Violence and Femicide) portfolios and national initiatives
- Develop legal opinions, policy frameworks, and training materials
- Conduct advanced criminal proceedings and complex litigation
- Analyze crime trends and implement data-driven interventions
- Lead stakeholder engagement and public awareness campaigns
- Mentor legal staff and ensure compliance with NPA policies
