The Road Accident Fund is a statutory insurer providing compulsory cover to all South African motorists for injuries/damages from traffic accidents (excluding property damage claims).
Position: Senior Officer: Brand Management
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Insights:
- Contribute to market research design and analysis
- Translate consumer data into strategic decisions
- Research innovative brand experience improvements
Brand Strategy:
- Support development of integrated marketing plans
- Implement brand engagement strategies
- Design communications materials and creative solutions
Campaign Coordination:
- Manage creative briefs for agencies
- Monitor campaign timelines and execution
- Represent brand at events and activations
Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
- Prepare regulatory and performance reports
- Maintain vendor relationships and payment processes
- Address internal/external stakeholder inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- 4+ years’ brand management experience
- Proven track record in campaign execution
