Join our team as a Risk and Audit Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring the sustainability and integrity of our operations. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business, as well as conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The Risk and Audit Specialist will provide independent assurance that our business operates effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As a Risk and Audit Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business.
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Providing independent assurance that our business is operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in risk and audit management.
  • Professional certification in risk and audit management (e.g., Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Environment and Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 40-hour workweek, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Providing independent assurance that our business is operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports and risk management strategies to management and stakeholders.
