Candidate Requirements
- Valid LLB degree or equivalent legal certification
- 4+ years post-qualification experience in legal practice
- Proven track record working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong ethical foundation with professional accountability
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze case materials and initiate criminal proceedings
- Prepare legal documentation including charge sheets
- Represent the State in regional court proceedings
- Examine witnesses and present legal arguments
- Collaborate with justice system partners and communities
- Maintain compliance with NPA policies and legal standards
