Recycling Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a Recycling Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of our recycling facilities, including sorting, processing, and marketing recyclable materials.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase recycling rates and reduce waste disposal costs.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams, to ensure efficient operations.
• Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and managing budgets for recycling operations.
• Leading and managing a team of recycling operations staff.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recycling operations, waste management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing teams and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
