Key Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate essential
- HR qualification or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in English (written & verbal communication)
- Strong typing, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR legislation and procedures
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage Military Skills Development System applications
- Verify and process recruitment documentation
- Maintain applicant registration records
- Update PERSOL system with candidate data
- Support recruitment strategy implementation
- Coordinate recruitment activities and public inquiries
