Key Responsibilities

- Conducting regular payroll audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing efficient payroll processes and procedures.
- Providing payroll-related support to employees and management.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
Education:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Experience with payroll software and systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in South Africa.
