Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to perform the following key responsibilities:
- Process and manage company payroll data, ensuring 100% accuracy and data integrity.
- Prepare, review, and submit payment files for all employees, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, and taxes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.
- Develop, maintain, and update all payroll-related documentation, charts, and records.
Minimum Requirements
Your application will be considered ideal if you possess the following:
- Relevant experience in a payroll or related field (at least 2 years).
- A formal qualification in Accounting, Auditing, or a relevant field (NQF Level 5 or above).
- Proficiency in payroll software and payroll processing.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Duties
As a Payroll Analyst, your duties will include:
- Liaising with HR departments to resolve employee-related pay issues.
- Preparing financial reports, such as reconciliation statements, to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Accurately calculating and entering employee leave and benefits as per company policies.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing payroll expenses to help the organization optimize its personnel costs.
