Position Details

- Experience Required: 3 years in Acquisition Management/Quotations

Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Management
- Process and validate purchase requests
- Prepare and distribute RFQ documents
- Evaluate supplier quotations and submissions
- Manage purchase order creation and delivery tracking
- Prepare Bac submissions for procurement deviations
- Conduct supplier negotiations and market research
Operational Support
- Generate weekly reports and regulatory submissions
- Maintain accurate procurement records
- Provide stakeholder support and solution recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SCM legislative frameworks
Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of public sector procurement processes
- Experience with bid evaluation processes
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in procurement management systems
