We are looking for an exceptional Office Administrator and Receptionist at Highters Heath Community School: –

Strong IT Skills

Front of House including answering phone, taking messages and dealing with general queries

Responsible for Breakfast Club and dinner numbers

Attendance

Updating MIS

Parent Pay

Admin Requests

Letters and reports for Headteacher/SLT

Incoming and outgoing post (for example, franking, sorting and distribution)

Experience of Canva desirable but not essential
