Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop personalized meal plans and provide ongoing nutritional support to clients.
  • Educate clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Nutritional Therapist or in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the organization.
