Position Overview
We seek an organized administrative professional to support our Medical Management department through efficient coordination and compliance-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Manage document tracking systems and reference number allocation
- Coordinate stationery supplies and correspondence distribution
- Validate documentation accuracy and prevent duplicate entries
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule internal/external meetings and manage diaries
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain action item tracking system
Compliance & Records
- Maintain updated policies and procedure documentation
- Implement RAF filing standards and document security protocols
- Manage physical/electronic records retrieval systems
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate (essential)
- 1+ years’ administrative experience
- Proficiency in office management systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
