£22,369 – £24,054 (pro rata) (actual salary £18,201 – £19,572)        Job Ref: TA/SEN

35 Hours Per Week (Term Time plus 5 days INSET)

We are seeking an experienced practitioner to support the growing number of children with additional needs in our mainstream setting, specifically in Early Years/Key Stage 1.


We have high aspirations for every child at our school. Our expectations of being Ready, Respectful and Safe underpin our Stowlawn Six Attitudes, and we are very proud to have been recently awarded The Excellence in Pupil Development Award, Primary Science Quality Mark and School of Sanctuary status. We are currently growing into a full two form entry school, and we are looking for experienced candidates who will be resilient and hard-working, have excellent communication skills and be a team player who puts the children at the heart of their role.


Hours of work:


Monday          –           8.15am to 4pm
Tuesday         –           8.15am to 4pm

Wednesday   –           8.15am to 4.30pm

Thursday       –           8.15am to 3.10pm
Friday –           8.15am to 3.05pm


Applicants must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.


Visits to the school are welcomed on either Monday 23 October at 8.30am or Wednesday 25 October at 4.15pm.
