A fantastic opportunity has arisen working within East Staffordshire Borough Council’s Human Resources Team.

This is a high profile role within the Council. working closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation, encompassing:
Organisation Learning & Development;
Leading on Equalities;
Supporting workplace health and promoting a wellbeing focused culture.

Permanent role: You will have a relevant degree (or equivalent) and ideally hold a CIPD qualification or be working towards.

We are seeking someone who has experience of working in a service organisation, who has experience of research to find solutions to problems. Able to relate to the organisational aims to develop corporate learning and development plans; and has a good understanding and application of equality legislation.

A great team player, you will be committed, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the department. With good communication skills, confident in advising and influencing managers and employees.
