Gov Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Kinesiologist to join our team of experienced professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing exercises and physical training programs for individuals with various health conditions. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for patient care, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Kinesiologist, your primary duties will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized exercise programs tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.
- Conducting fitness assessments to evaluate an individual’s overall physical condition, including flexibility, balance, strength, and mobility.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians, to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Educating patients and their families on exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and overall wellness habits.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following minimum requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology or a related field (a Master’s Degree or advanced certification is preferred).
- Valid registration with the South African Society of Kinesiologists (SASKI).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related healthcare setting (preferably within a private practice or specialized rehabilitation center).
- A clear understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, along with solid knowledge of exercise programming, injury prevention, and risk management.

Duties:
