We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and supporting the senior accounting team with various financial tasks. Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Accountant, you will be expected to:

  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, charts, and graphs
  • Assist the senior accounting team with various financial tasks, such as budgeting and forecasting
  • Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and inaccuracies
  • Provide high-quality support to the management team and other departments as needed
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Working Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position, and our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.

Duties

The specific duties and responsibilities of the Junior Accountant will include:

  • Monthly financial statement preparation and review
  • Invoicing and accounts receivable reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliations and petty cash maintenance
  • Assisting senior accountants with budgeting and forecasting tasks
  • Filing and record-keeping
