Position Overview
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology (Master’s preferred)
Experience: 5-7 years HR Generalist experience, including 3-5 years team leadership
Location: ARC Offices, Pretoria
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR guidance to business unit leadership
- Implement national HR strategies at operational level
- Lead organizational development and performance management
- Oversee talent acquisition and employee development programs
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Drive employment equity and workplace transformation
- Coordinate HR metrics reporting and compliance
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- SABPP registration (advantageous)
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (SAGE 300 preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of South African labor legislation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Public sector experience (advantageous)
