We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

* Developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives
* Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Managing and controlling financial risks, including cash flow, funding, and compliance
* Providing financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments
* Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
* Maintaining relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions
* Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance leadership role
* Professional certifications such as CA(SA), CFA, or ACCA
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
* Experience with financial planning and budgeting software, such as Excel and SAP

Working Environment and Conditions

The successful candidate will be expected to work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional evening and weekend work as required. Our office is located in a modern, well-equipped building with a relaxed and professional atmosphere.
