Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Strategy Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing short-term and long-term financial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborating with senior management to define and implement financial policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining forecasts, budgets, and other financial plans and reports.
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and other financial benefits.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on financial matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial strategy management role, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
