Gov Worker
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to play a critical role in our organization. This position is responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the business. As a key member of the finance team, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive business growth, improve financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Providing financial analysis and guidance to support business decisions

- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and the board of directors

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a business partnering capacity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory requirements
