Pay – Leadership payscale – L6 – L10 (£53,380 – £58,959)

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic English Lead Practitioner to work alongside the senior roles in school with a focus on modelling outstanding practise.
You will possess the energy and vision to achieve the best outcomes for our students and can professionally mentor and develop colleagues. You will be able to demonstrate experience of evidence informed pedagogy and research as well as collaboratively lead on the development of high quality learning centred practises.
