Early Years Practitioner – Alexandra Infants

The New Guild Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and energetic Early Years Practitioner to join our committed team from November 2023.  The role will be based at Alexandra Infants’ School.                                                       

The appointed candidate will have:

 Work with individuals or small groups of children, under direction

Support behaviour management and development

Establish and build positive relationships with parents / carers

Contribute to the planning and development of learning activities

 

Contribute to the development of individual development plans (such as Individual educational plans)for children with special educational needs

Work with external agencies

Contribute to observation and assessment procedures

Update children’s records.

 

The successful candidate will have a secure knowledge of phonics to support our pupils learning needs.

Knowledge and experience of working with children with specific special needs and successful supportive strategies in education e.g. ASD, ADHD.

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday: 32.5 hours a week

Fixed Term contract to 30/11/2023
