We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Reporting Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports, providing critical support to the finance function. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to contribute to the success of our organization. The Corporate Reporting Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s financial reporting and compliance requirements, with the opportunity to work closely with our finance team and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Reporting Officer will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data while complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating and preparing materials for board meetings and other stakeholder meetings.
  • Developing and maintaining financial reporting templates and tools.
  • Providing support to the finance team and other departments as needed.
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in financial reporting regulations and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software and systems.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Professional certification in accounting or a related field (CIA, CFA, etc.) would be an asset.
