We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, driving business growth, and ensuring the financial integrity of our organization. Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals
  • Analyzing financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Managing and directing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Overseeing financial reporting, accounting, and taxation
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks, and implementing risk management strategies
  • Collaborating with senior management to make informed business decisions
  • Maintaining relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • A postgraduate degree in Finance or a related field (advantageous)
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Professional certification in finance, such as CA(SA) or CFA Charterholder
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with financial software, including Excel and financial planning tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
