Corporate Employee Relations & Employee Wellness Manager

Position Type: Full Time

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Relations/Labor Law (LLB)
Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Labour Law/Industrial Relations

Experience Required: 5+ years in Industrial/Employee Relations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement labor relations policies and compliance strategies
  • Lead collective bargaining processes and conflict resolution
  • Manage dispute resolution through CCMA representation
  • Develop Employment Equity plans and monitor compliance
  • Advise management on labor legislation updates
  • Oversee Occupational Health & Safety implementation
  • Coordinate Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in labor relations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of South African labor law
  • Experience in disciplinary procedures and CCMA processes
  • Background in scientific research environment (advantageous)
