The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Contract Performance Evaluator engaged in the administration and inspection of multi-year, multi-million dollar base-wide service contracts. Serves as a specialist for providing advice and assistance to the staff and managers regarding major procurement matters, and as liaison between the organization and the installation’s procurement activity.
