Salary: Grade 2 SCP 2-4 £20,441 – £21,189
Hours: 37 hours per week – 52.143 Weeks Per Year
Monday to Friday; (7.30am – 3.45pm including lunch break) can be discussed at interview
Alarm call outs required (ad hoc)
7.30am – 3.45pm – can be discussed
Hours may change as required by the school.
Start Date : 4th November 2023 (could possibly start sooner)
Rowley Park Academy (RPA) are looking for a Caretaker to assist in ensuring that the school premises are fit-for-purpose. The Caretaker will be responsible for the ‘day-to-day’ assistance around the school, including; Opening and closing the premises, Key holder services, emergency call-outs, attend to minor repairs/maintenance, topping up consumables, litter picking and porter services. We are seeking a hardworking and committed individual who will be a key part of the academy site team.
The role would suit an ambitious individual who strives to expand their knowledge and experience.
We are seeking someone with a meticulous eye for detail and a tenacious approach with a background in maintenance, health and safety or facilities management.
