Key Responsibilities

As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing general administrative support to the senior management team, including maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring efficient and cost-effective booking processes
  • Managing databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools to streamline business operations
  • Participating in special projects, such as event planning, marketing initiatives, or process improvements
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of administrative practices, procedures, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain high levels of productivity

Working Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, within a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. The role will require occasional evening work and travel as needed.
