Overview

As a Back Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
  • Preparing and distributing materials, such as reports, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
