Experience: 2+ years in IT support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support for hardware/software configuration & troubleshooting
• Manage multifunctional devices and network equipment
• Conduct IT asset audits and maintenance
• Resolve AV system issues and technical support requests
• Ensure office health & safety compliance for tech setups

Requirements:

• National Diploma in IT or related field
• Microsoft 365 certification (advantageous)
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (advantageous)
• 2 years system support experience
