As an integral member of our aviation team, we are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Agricultural Pilot to ensure the efficient and safe application of chemicals, seeds, and nutrients to crops through crop spraying, seeding, and granule spreading. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for flying agricultural airplanes while collaborating with various sectors in crop protection and pesticide application. Your duties may include conducting aerial pesticide treatment missions, crop scouting services, aerial seeding (for tree nurseries), and spreading specialized soil amendments. In carrying out these responsibilities, you will utilize excellent crew resource management and efficient communication during flight operations, ensuring a high level of knowledge of aircraft dynamics systems. Minimum Requirements:
We are seeking highly committed aviation professionals who thrive in the exciting and intense environment of aerial-based careers. Qualified candidates must have:
- Exceptional training certifications, including Instrument Ratings (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a primary flight crew member, holding a valid Transport and Air Navigation Agreement International Regulation 1 commercial license for single or multi-engine airplanes.
- Familiarity with current FAR – Part 133 regulations regarding crop spraying, seeding, and aerial fertilization, based on extensive industry experience or personal research.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, including professional airline pilots and crop growers.
Working Environment and Conditions:
This position requires flexibility, as working hours may vary according to agricultural pilot needs. You will be operating aircraft primarily within crop environments, applying agricultural chemicals and conducting aerial seeding operations.
