Overview

The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including preparing and disseminating reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
  • Performing data entry and record-keeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
