Key Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Receivable Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control, and collections.
- Analyzing and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the accounts receivable process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Providing regular reports and updates to management on accounts receivable performance and trends.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
