Key Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Receivable Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control, and collections.
  • Analyzing and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the accounts receivable process.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to management on accounts receivable performance and trends.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Working Environment and Conditions:
