Gov Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, providing exceptional administrative support to our finance department, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment and invoicing.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts.
- Preparing and submitting financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records and accounts.
- Providing administrative support to the finance department, including preparing and distributing financial statements and reports.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and preparing financial projections and forecasts.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- A degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
