Job Description: Refreshment Coordinator (Cleaner)
The primary purpose of this role is to provide cleaning, refreshments, and administrative services to the PIC and its visitors, maintaining a professional image of the organization. The Refreshment Coordinator will ensure that office premises are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.

Remove waste from bins and offices | Collect and dispose of waste responsibly and sustainably. |
Collect all paper to be recycled | Sort and collect paper waste for recycling. |
Inventory control of consumables | Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies like paper and pens. |
Ensure adequate stock of refreshments | Order and maintain a sufficient stock of refreshments for employees and visitors. |
Ensure adequate stock of cleaning materials | Order and maintain a stock of cleaning supplies to meet office needs. |
Setup, arrange, and prepare for events, meetings, or functions | Arrange tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings and events. |
Ad hoc administrative support | Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and other duties as needed. |
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a service environment.
