At Hollywoodbets in Durban, we are seeking fifteen individuals to join our dynamic team in the capacity of Customer Service Consultants. We overlook engaging individuals who are enthused about customer service and have a proven record of six months’ experience in the field. The successful candidates will be chiefly responsible for providing exceptional customer care, addressing customer queries and complaints promptly and deftly.
- Willingness to adapt to shift work, including weekends
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role
Our Customer Service Consultants will start their shifts promptly, logging in at least 15 minutes in advance. They will address client queries about betting information, authenticating account holders and providing accurate betting details. They will also respond to any prospective issues with customer accounts and will actively promote the brand, forming strong rapport with our customer base.
The position will entail meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets, adhering to our established company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate can maintain the company brand/image at a high level to avoid any reputational risk. These tasks require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability.
