Job Description
The primary role of the Revenue Call Centre intern is to provide excellent call centre service both over the phone and in writing. You will be expected to analyze and resolve account queries promptly, log and escalate unresolved queries to the relevant departments, and meet the performance targets set by the R & CRM department.

During the internship, you will develop the following skills:
- Apply standard operational procedures when logging revenue account-related queries for all services offered by the City of Joburg.
- Maintain electronic records and data accurately.
- Adhere to the City’s Performance Management Policy.
- Maintain strong customer relations with Revenue Shared Services Centre (RSSC) customers and internal stakeholders.
- Efficiently utilize operational assets and resources in compliance with City policies and procedures.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) plus a relevant tertiary qualification at NQF Level 6, or be currently enrolled in a program leading to an NQF Level 6 qualification.
- Residency: Only residents of the City of Johannesburg will be considered.
