Eligibility Criteria
- Be a South African citizen living with a disability
- Fall within the age range of 18 to 34
- Complete Grade 12 with Mathematics, Accounting, Physical Science, and English
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Exhibit strong communication skills
- Ensure you have not been employed continuously with a single employer for more than 1 year
- Do not pursue full-time studies during the year of employment
- Avoid participating in or registering for the YES initiative previously
- Undergo the recruitment process, and if successful, get placed in Eskom Operations across the Cluster.
