Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the Anova YES programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 certificate (tertiary qualifications are advantageous)
- Must be unemployed
- Age range: 18 to 34 years
- South African citizens with a valid ID
- Persons with disabilities must submit a medical certificate confirming the nature of the disability
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal)
- Basic computer skills
- Must not be enrolled in other experiential learning programmes during the YES programme period
- Previous participants of the YES programme are not eligible to apply

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in teams
- Proficient in data capturing
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Skilled in using MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully
